This is an incredibly clean and well put together "one page adventure".
There is a clear understanding of how you would use this resource in play. You have just enough meat to get going, but nothing to get in the way. The layout is also very readable and nice.
Thanks, as with Sigil my thoughts here were to create something new players could hold onto and more seasoned ones could plug into their creative gaps.
The layout / bullet point approach I got from OSR modules :)
